The restaurant at this hotel is great with good service.
Our room cleanliness was disappointingly poor. we only had one bath towel and one roll of toilet paper for two people over our two-night stay. Additionally, I was frustrated to discover that the steam room was not functioning properly, which was a letdown as I was looking forward to using it. Finally, the light system that requires the key card to be in a slot was inconvenient. when my partner had to leave to retrieve more supplies, I was left in complete darkness.

Just an appropriate option for a mini-break over the weekend in Guadalajara with fantastic value for money. The heated pool was a great way to unwind after a long day exploring the area. Make sure to check if the steam room is working before your visit.

I stayed in the Deluxe Suite for 3 nights, and the room was pretty comfortable. The decor was vibrant and had a unique boutique vibe. However, it felt a bit small, and the light system was annoying since you need the key card in the slot. Also, I noticed only one bath towel was provided for two guest, which was a bit of a letdown.

I enjoyed the Deluxe Suite with a balcony and great view. The room had air conditioning and a sofa, making it cozy. The heated pool was a perfect place to relax at night. Plus, the breakfast food was tasty and reasonably priced. Nice touch having coffee in the room too!

great potential but a few drawbacks
The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions! The suite had a charming historic vibe, with comfortable seating and beautiful decor that made it a pleasure to unwind. Additionally, the pool area was a lovely oasis, providing a perfect view of the garden that enhanced my relaxation after a long day.
However, the light system was quite frustrating as it required the key card to stay in a slot, which left me in darkness.
